“Weather is in your mind,” I say. They find it difficult to believe. Obviously, winter wear is part of the mindset. “Dress in layers,” is what you are told. It makes you tough to live up in the north. Gritty conditions kick the creative mind to action, delivering better results and learning productive habits.
