Fr Feroz Fernandes enjoys being with people, listening to life stories and being creative in pastoral activities. As a priest, he loves travelling, reading, and, surprisingly, cooking. He leads skill-based training programs based on Holy Scripture.
He started to write about real-life stories of priests as a hobby to celebrate candidness in pastoral ministry. “People make a priest, even though the bishop must ordain them,” Fr Feroz says. The write-ups are on the lighter side of pastoral life. He admires priests, despite their situation, to keep their calling relevant. You can read Fr Feroz’s thoughts on the blogs. You can follow him on social media and now on the YouTube channel: Feroz Fernandes.
Fr Feroz is a pastor at St. Vincent de Paul Church, Osterley, in the diocese of Westminster, London, UK. Since July 2022, he has been associated with Goan Chaplaincy UK, which is also based in London. Fr Feroz has also assumed other responsibilities recently, like chief content editor for Radio Veritas Asia (RVA) and a fidei donum priest in the missions of Northwestern Canada (2018-2021).
